The Center was founded by a high-qualified, professional and experienced educator Liliya Lastovetska in company with her daughter Eliza Lastovetska and a group of educators with a passion for creating developmental latitudes and is governed as such.

LEA is only one licensed bilingual daycare in Charlotte NC. We were use Russian and English for teaching kids.

We pay great attention to the mental and spiritual development of children, their development of logic, attention, mental perception, and development of speech. We are a daycare with speech therapy.

All the educators in our daycare do their best to teach the kids how to express their thoughts nicely, be kind and tolerant, stay curious and hungry for knowledge.
